James Ridgway's career began in 2007 at Technicolor in London as Foley Recordist and continued through the 2010s at Boom Post as ADR Recordist and Assistant Mixer, contributing to award winning projects such as Games of Thrones and The Crown. Now Re-Recording Mixer at Picture Shop, his passion for mixing has resulted in a BAFTA TV Craft Award for His Dark Materials Series 2 as well as multiple nominations, including an Emmy nomination for Black Mirror Series 6. His enthusiasm and dedication for sound have established him as one of London's most sought-after Re-Recording Mixers. Outside of work James is a keen jazz trombonist and Musical Director of a 17-piece Big Band in East London.
