Gareth Bull

Re-Recording Mixer Gareth Bull has been the Head of Sound in London since 2005. In 1993 he graduated with a BA Hons degree in Music Technology and Sound Recording after which he became a freelance Sound Editor. His first major success followed when he won a Goya (Spanish Oscar) for Best Sound in 1995 for his work on El Dia De La Bestia. In 1998 he joined Anvil Post Production as a junior Re-Recording Mixer, learning his trade and building up a strong and loyal client base. Over the past 26 years he has enjoyed working across broadcast and features, with many notable Directors including John Landis and Alex Kurtzman. In 2018 he was awarded an RTS for Victoria and more recently a BAFTA for His Dark Materials.
