Brian D. Williams is a seasoned VFX Supervisor and Senior Flame/Nuke Artist with over 15 years of experience spanning episodic television, feature films, commercials, and interactive media. Currently at Picture Shop, Brian has led visual effects and finishing efforts on major network series like NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans, while also crafting memorable visuals for brands like Nike, Acura, and Apple through collaborations with top studios including MPC, Psyop, Logan, Ghost VFX, and The Mill.
With Emmy and Visual Effects Society nominations to his name, Brian’s versatile skillset — especially in Flame and Nuke — have made him a go-to for high-end compositing and finishing. He began as a self-taught rotoscoper and steadily carved a path through LA’s competitive post-production landscape, now recognized as a leading force in both broadcast and commercial VFX. When he's not compositing, Brian enjoys time with his family and staying plugged into the creative community.
