Jodie Davidson

Originating from Vancouver, Jodie joined Picture Shop (formerly Technicolor) in 2009 and started as a Dailies Colourist working on films such as ‘The Revenant’ and ‘Phantom Thread’. Jodie then started to forge her own path working on indie features and shorts with her first DI being the award winning ’45 Years’. Now a busy and hugely requested senior colourist, Jodie’s slate includes Feature films, indies and multi-episodic scripted dramas.

Jodie’s recent credits include the powerful series It’s A Sin – a beautiful drama focused on the 1980s Aids crisis and Wheel of Time – a VFX heavy magic fuelled drama. Recent feature credits include ‘Nezouh’ – a story that reflects on the difficulty people face when they have to choose whether to leave their home and ‘Pretty Red Dress’ – which explores family dynamics and gender expression. The vastly different subject matters reflect Jodie’s creativity and sensitivity to not only the story but the many ways there are to approach story telling.

Other recent credits include: The Souvenir, The Souvenir 2, Limbo, C.B Strike and Trigonometry.
